Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your vanilla beans from Kenwils Farms, please contact us.

Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment if the vanilla beans are defective or damaged. Include the order number and clear photos of the damaged items. A full refund or a replacement order will be offered, if approved.

  • Customer Satisfaction: If you're not satisfied with the quality of your vanilla beans, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss your concerns. Solutions, including a refund or store credit, will be offered.

No Refunds

  • Personal Taste Preferences: Refunds cannot be offered for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.

  • Opened or Used Products: Refunds or returns cannot be offered for vanilla beans that have been opened or used to maintain quality and hygiene standards.

  • Incorrect Orders: Verify order details before completing your purchase. Refunds cannot be offered for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Incorrect Storage or Handling: Guidance on storing vanilla beans to maintain their quality is provided. Refunds cannot be offered due to improper storage or handling after the order is received.

r​efund requests that are approved, may take within 5-7 business days to be credited on the same card on the order
